Rachel & Paul met thirteen years ago when they were both still in high school!  After dating for almost 11 years, Paul asked Rachel to be his wife at the park where they first met. Knowing how important Rachel’s family is to her, Paul couldn’t have done it alone.  He even flew her sister in from PARIS so that she could be there for the proposal.  Rachel said “YES!”  She would marry Paul, and she would even do it TWICE!

The couple decided to have TWO weddings. One intimate wedding at their church on Long Island where they could be surrounded by their immediate families, and their faith, and a second civil ceremony and reception where they could celebrate with their friends and extended family. 

Surrounded by the people that mean the world to them, Rachel and Paul got married at the Church of Saint Patrick in Huntington, Long Island. Rachel walked down the aisle arm in arm with her father, while Paul beamed at the altar. 

After exchanging rings and vows, Rachel & Paul strolled through town to Fado, a quaint little Portuguese restaurant where they celebrated with the people that are closest to them.
